Certificate in Performance Management
The main qualification, and the one that carries the designation Certified Performance Management Professional (CPMP) from the Institute for Performance Management. It covers performance management terminology, aligning metrics to organisational strategy, the performance management cycle, writing goals and objectives including OKRs, performance and development plans, preparing for and conducting appraisals, managing underperformers, and building a culture of performance.
Online and self-paced at about ten hours of study, with up to six months to complete it and an exam carrying a 70% pass mark and up to six attempts. USD 950.
