The Certificate in Performance Management carries a full money back guarantee. If the course is not what you expected, you can ask for your fee back and we will return all of it.

The terms

Two conditions apply, and there are no others. The request has to reach us within 30 days of purchase, and you cannot have gone beyond module 4, which is halfway through the eight. Past either of those points the guarantee no longer applies.

Nothing else is required. You do not need to give a reason, and you will not be asked to justify the decision.

How to ask for a refund

Write to info@certifiedperformance.org from the address you enrolled with and say that you want a refund. Quoting the date of purchase speeds it up.

Why the guarantee exists

Performance management training is difficult to judge from the outside. Syllabuses read much alike, and nobody can tell from a course description whether the material will apply to the team they actually manage. The guarantee moves that risk off the buyer, which is where it belongs when we are the ones making claims about the course.
