One full module, open before you buy.
One full module of the Certificate in Performance Management is open to try before you buy anything. It is Module 3, the performance management cycle, which is the module the rest of the course is built around.
Why we open a module rather than a sample
Course descriptions all read much the same, and a brochure cannot tell you whether the material applies to the team you actually manage. A whole module can. You get the video tutorials, the written material and the case study as a paying learner would, so the judgement you make is based on the real thing.
Who the course is for
Business managers and supervisors responsible for other people's performance, with particular attention to managers in fast growing organisations. If you set objectives, run appraisals or have to deal with someone who is underperforming, the material is aimed at you.
What the full certificate adds
Eight modules and about ten hours in total, working from terminology and strategic alignment through goal setting and OKRs, development plans, appraisals and 360 degree feedback, managing underperformers, and building a performance culture. It ends in an assessed online exam with a 70% pass mark, and passing it carries the designation Certified Performance Management Professional (CPMP) from the Institute for Performance Management.
The full syllabus is on the performance management course page, the course is USD 950, and a full refund is available within 30 days if you change your mind. The syllabus is approved by an independent Industry Advisory Council of practitioners.
